Returns
We have a 10-day return policy — you have 10 days starting from the day you received your item to request a return.
Please note that eligible returns are the ones where the item is in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Returns can only be done at our physical store in Limassol and not through delivery.
Discounted products can only be changed with other discounted products. Summer products can only be exchanged with summer products. Winter products can only be exchanged with winter products. OUTLET products can NOT be changed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at 25342637 if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and assist in any possible way.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Vouchers are not given with changes.
